Admissions at OPL Rehab
Reaching out is the hardest part, and you have nearly done it. Whether this is your first call or your fifth, you are welcome here — one conversation, no judgment, no pressure.
The Admissions Process
When you call OPL Rehab, you will reach a real person who listens — not a script. We will ask about your situation, complete a confidential assessment, and verify your insurance, usually the same day. If our center is the right fit, we coordinate everything for your arrival. If a different level of care suits you better, we will tell you honestly and help you find it.
Here is what the process looks like: (1) Call us at (440) 433-2080, any time. (2) Talk with an admissions specialist who completes your assessment. (3) Verify your insurance and coverage with our help. (4) Arrive and begin with a warm, thorough intake. And if you have been here before, or somewhere else, that is okay — second chances are exactly what we are built for.

- Athletic shoes and swimwear for the fitness area and aquatic center
- Toiletries without alcohol as an ingredient
- A small amount of cash and any comfort items, like family photos
Please leave at home alcohol, drugs, weapons, and valuables. Phone use is allowed during limited hours, family visits are scheduled on weekends, and pets are not permitted on campus.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does treatment last?
It really depends on you — there is no one-size answer. Generally, medical detox runs 3 to 7 days, residential treatment is 30 to 90 days, and outpatient care spans 2 to 12 weeks. Your clinical team will talk it through with you and recommend what fits, then adjust as you go.
What if I've relapsed before?
Then you are in exactly the right place. Relapse is part of many people's recovery stories, not a disqualification. We will never make you feel like a lost cause — we built this center for second (and third, and fourth) chances, and we mean it.
Is detox medically supervised?
Yes, completely. Detox here happens under 24/7 physician and nursing care, with medication-assisted treatment when it helps. Thanks to our hospital partnership, you are in genuinely capable medical hands the whole way through.
Can my family be involved?
We hope they will be. Addiction affects the whole family, so we offer family therapy and scheduled weekend visits, and we keep your loved ones supported and informed. Healing together makes recovery stronger for everyone.
What insurance do you take?
Most major plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, Magellan, and Centene, plus Medicare and Medicaid. Not sure about your plan? Just call us and we will verify your benefits for you, usually the same day.
How do I get started?
One phone call. Reach us at (440) 433-2080 any time, day or night. We will handle the assessment and insurance, and walk you through every step from there. You do not have to have it all figured out — that is our job.
